Gut Reset Kit

Each morning, take 1 ProBio Supreme capsule and mix 1 teaspoon (6 g) of GUT-FX with water or juice. Once a day, mix 1 level scoop (7 g) of Soluble Fibre Blend into 250 mL of water, 2 hours apart from medications and other natural health products. Take 1 PrimeZyme capsule with the first bite of a meal; it lasts about 6 months.

Good to know: Take ProBio and GUT-FX at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics, and maintain adequate fluid intake. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, ulcers or excess stomach acid, take blood thinners or anti-inflammatory agents, or have recent or upcoming surgery. Stop use and consult a practitioner if digestive upset persists beyond 3 days.
