Sleep Reset Kit

Adults 19 and older can take 2 Sleep Supreme capsules daily. Take 1–2 Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules once daily. Shake the Calming Mist well, then mist lightly over skin, pillows, linens or around the room at bedtime.

Good to know: Avoid taking Sleep Supreme with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness, consult a health care practitioner before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, and consult a practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks. Some people may experience diarrhea when taking more than 1 Magnesium Bisglycinate capsule daily. Keep the Calming Mist out of reach of children.
