Refund policy
Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to thrive, and happy customers are our best advertising. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund.
Unopened products: Return any unopened product with its seal intact within 30 days for a full refund of the product price.
Opened products (first order): If you've tried a product on your first order and it isn't right for you, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back. This applies once per customer.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, including shipping.
How to start a return:

Please note:
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We don't provide return labels, except for damaged or incorrect items.
- Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–7] business days of approval.
