The Health Shop is a family-owned natural health store in Tillsonburg, Ontario. We ship across Canada and to the United States.
Order processing
Orders are packed and shipped from our store within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Every subscription order ships free, whatever the order total.
Delivery times
- Canada: usually 2–7 business days after shipping
- United States: usually 6–10 business days after shipping
Orders ship with Canada Post. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy seasons or bad weather.
US orders: customs and duties
US orders ship from Canada. Any duties or import fees are included. Most supplement orders under $800 USD enter the US duty-free.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days, email us at admin@thehealthshoponline.com and we’ll make it right.
