How subscriptions work
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you get 5% off and free shipping on every delivery. Your order renews automatically on the schedule you picked at checkout, and your saved payment method is charged on each renewal date.
Cancel, skip or change anytime
There’s no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can cancel, skip a delivery, change products or change how often you get them:
- from your account at thehealthshoponline.com, any time before your next renewal date, or
- by emailing admin@thehealthshoponline.com at least 7 days before your next renewal date.
Changes take effect from your next renewal. Orders that have already been charged will still ship.
Refunds on subscription orders
Subscription orders follow our 30-Day Guarantee. Your first subscription delivery is covered by our opened-product guarantee. After that, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Price changes
If the price of a product in your subscription changes, we’ll email you at least 7 days before your next renewal so you can make changes or cancel.
