Joints First Glucosamine Complex (Apple Flavor), 500ml

Adults 19 and older take 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 mL) a day with meals. For best results, use it for at least 4 weeks. Refrigerate after opening.

Good to know: Don't use it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. This product contains shellfish (crab, lobster, shrimp) and fish. Talk to a health care practitioner before use if you take blood thinners (anticoagulants), blood pressure medication or immunosuppressants, or if you have an immune system disorder (such as Crohn's disease, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus or HIV/AIDS), cancer, asthma or severe allergies. If symptoms persist or worsen, or your joints are red, swollen or painful for several days, see a health care practitioner. Mild bloating, constipation or indigestion may occur. Allergic reactions have been known to occur; if that happens, stop use. Keep out of reach of children, and don't use it if the under-cap safety seal is broken.
