⚬ Morning: 1 ProBio Supreme capsule. Mix 1 level scoop (7 g) of Soluble Fibre Blend in 250 mL of water.
⚬ Once daily: Mix 1 level scoop of Grass Fed Whey in 250 mL of water, ideally after exercise. Add 1 scoop (5 g) of Pro Creatine to water or your shake.
⚬ Timing: Take the fibre 2 hours before or after medications and other natural health products. Take ProBio 2–3 hours apart from antibiotics.
