For adults 19 and older: take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) twice daily. Take it a few hours before or after other medications. Shake well before use, and refrigerate after opening.
Good to know: If you take blood thinners, talk to a health care practitioner before use. Some people may get diarrhea with more than 350 mg of magnesium a day; if that happens, talk to a health care practitioner about adjusting your dose.
