Children 3 to 11 years can chew 2 tablets daily, and teens and adults 12 and older can chew 2 to 4 tablets daily. Take it with meals, a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.

Good to know: Keep out of reach of children and pets, because it contains xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
