Suggested Use & Dosage

Take 1 Men's 50+ Multivitamin Supreme and 1 Testo Supreme with breakfast and again with dinner. Each day, take 2 Prostate Protect Supreme capsules with food, away from dairy and animal fat, and 1–4 Organic Maca capsules once daily. Prostate Protect and Maca last longer than a month, so you'll have extra after the first 30 days.
