Orega Supreme Wildcrafted & Organic Oregano Oil With Thyme, 25 ml

Adults 19 and older can take 5 drops 3 times per day. Oregano oil is strong, so add the drops to a drink, a teaspoon of honey, or a vegetable oil such as olive oil to avoid irritating your mouth and stomach. Take it a few hours before or after supplements that contain iron, zinc, calcium or copper.

Good to know: Don't use it continuously for more than 3 weeks without at least a 1-week break between cycles. Stop use if you experience stomach or digestive upset. Don't use it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you're allergic to plants in the mint family (Lamiaceae), such as basil, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage and thyme. If you have peptic ulcers or a bleeding disorder, or you take blood thinners, talk to a health care practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children.
